How often has this job been reposted? How long has it been live? Are there multiple near-identical versions across platforms?
Language patterns
Vague descriptions, buzzword density, unrealistic requirements, missing specifics on the role or company.
Company signals
Recent hiring activity, growth signals, public indicators that the company is actually expanding vs. just collecting CVs.

A few things people want to know.
Good enough to save you hours, not good enough to be the final word. We estimate risk based on public signals. Some high-risk listings are real, some low-risk ones are fake. Use it as one input, not the answer.
We store the URL and risk score so we can improve the tool. We don't store anything that identifies you if you haven't signed up.
Each check costs money in AI compute. We're a pre-launch solo-founder project. For now, one free check per day is what we can afford to give everyone who signs up.
Best accuracy is on English-language listings from UK and US markets. Other languages and regions work but with lower confidence.
