Get clients who actually want your help. Let AI handle the rest.
NepoJobs is a marketplace where independent recruiters, career coaches, and HR pros get matched with candidates who need real guidance. We handle discovery. AI handles the grind. You do the work only a human can do.
Clients come to you
We send candidates who pre-qualified themselves and want to pay for real help.
AI is your assistant, not your replacement
Screening, outreach drafts, research - the grunt work disappears.
You keep your judgment
Final decisions, strategy, trust - that is still you. That is the point.
Who this is for
Built for independent pros. Not for side hustles.
This is for you if:
- You run a solo or small recruiting practice
- You're a career coach, CV reviewer, or interview prep specialist
- You're an ex-in-house recruiter building independent
- You already use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools in your work
- You're tired of hunting clients on LinkedIn and want inbound
This is probably not a fit:
- You work full-time in-house at a corporate (no conflict of interest management yet)
- You want a "get rich quick" side hustle (we're building a real platform)
- You don't actually want to do the work - just collect fees
The problem we heard
You love the work. You hate everything around it.
The independent recruiters and coaches we talk to all say some version of the same thing. They got into this because they're good at reading people, good at matching talent to opportunity, good at helping someone see their next step. What they didn't sign up for: cold-pitching clients on LinkedIn, screening 80 CVs that shouldn't have been submitted, chasing invoices, writing the same outreach email 40 times.
Meanwhile, every month there's a new AI tool claiming to replace what you do. Most of them can't, won't, and aren't trying hard enough. But the market noise still creates pressure.
Client acquisition is expensive
LinkedIn outreach is a second full-time job. Your pipeline is unpredictable. A good month is feast, a bad month is famine.
Screening eats your time
You spend 60%+ of your week on admin: CV review, scheduling, reminders. The judgment work - where you actually add value - is 20% of your hours.
AI noise hurts your pricing
"Why would I pay you when ChatGPT is free?" is getting harder to answer when you don't have tools that obviously outperform it.
How it works
Three things happen. The rest is just you doing your job.
01 We bring you the candidates
Candidates come to NepoJobs because we market to them directly. They browse profiles, filter by industry and specialty, pick someone who fits. You don't chase leads. They find you.
02 AI handles the operational grind
CV pre-review, outreach drafts, research summaries, scheduling, follow-up reminders - all automated or AI-drafted. You edit, approve, send. The 40-minute email becomes a 4-minute email.
03 You do the work that matters
Real feedback. Strategic advice. Industry knowledge. Trust. The stuff AI can't actually do. That's what candidates pay for, and that's your job.
On the AI question
AI is the assistant. You're the decision-maker.
A lot of "AI recruiting platforms" want to automate the judgment layer. That's the wrong bet. Candidates don't pay for automated judgment - they pay for someone who reads their situation and tells them something true.
What AI should do: the work you don't want to do anyway.
AI does:
- Pre-screens CVs against role criteria
- Drafts personalized outreach messages (you edit)
- Summarizes candidate calls into notes
- Flags inconsistencies across someone's application
- Suggests next steps based on your past decisions
- Handles scheduling, reminders, follow-ups
You do:
- Decide who's actually a fit
- Deliver honest feedback nobody else will
- Strategize with the candidate on positioning
- Open doors through your network
- Make the call when it's ambiguous
- Build trust - the thing AI can't fake
Why join early
First 50 recruiters get founder-level treatment.
We're not trying to go wide on recruiters. We're trying to go deep with a small first group who'll help us build this properly.
If you're in that first 50, here's what that looks like:
- No platform fees for the first 12 months after launch. You keep 100% of what clients pay.
- Founder-level pricing locked in after year one - you pay less than anyone joining later.
- Direct input on product roadmap. What we build next is heavily shaped by the first recruiters on board.
- Direct line to the founder. No ticketing system. You email, we respond.
- Profile boost in search for the first six months post-launch.

FAQ
The real questions.
Early recruiters pay nothing for the first 12 months - no platform fee, no subscription. After that, we take a percentage of what clients pay you, locked in at founder-level rates. No fee unless you earn.
Bring them. NepoJobs isn't about you abandoning your existing pipeline - it's about adding inbound on top of it. Your existing relationships are yours.
Candidates browse profiles and pick. You set your industries, specialties, availability, and pricing. When a candidate is a fit, they reach out to you through the platform. You decide whether to take them on.
Not here. The entire platform is designed around the assumption that AI is useful for grunt work and useless for judgment. If we ever start replacing recruiters with automation, you'll be the first to know and the first to leave.
Both. And CV reviewers, interview prep specialists, resume writers, career strategists - anyone whose job is helping a candidate get hired.
We're onboarding the first group of recruiters in waves throughout 2026. Waitlist is how you get in line. We'll reach out personally when we're ready for you.
UK and US first. Other regions as we scale. Sign up anyway - regional expansion is partly driven by where recruiter demand is strongest.

Get on the list. Help us build this properly.
