What NepoJobs is
NepoJobs is a two-sided career marketplace we’re building.
On one side, candidates get a place where their career actually gets worked on not just another application flow. You put in your experience, what you want, where you’re stuck. AI helps organize it, but the important parts happen with real people.
On the other side, recruiters and career experts get something they usually don’t have — control. Over how they work, who they work with, and how they earn. Not just filling roles, but actually helping people move forward.
This isn’t a job board. It’s closer to a workspace for careers.
Our mission
Fix how careers actually work.
Right now, a lot of solid people are stuck. Not because they’re bad, but because they’re navigating everything alone. Sending applications into systems that don’t explain anything back. Guessing what’s wrong. Rewriting CVs without knowing if it even matters.
At the same time, good recruiters are stuck on the other side. Inside company processes, with limited room to build something of their own.
We’re trying to connect those two worlds properly.
So instead of guessing - you get feedback.
Instead of silence - you get a response.
Instead of random outcomes - you get a process that at least makes sense.
